ORDER

The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondent.

2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to to expedite the trial in suit in O.S.No.188 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Nilakottai, Dindigul District

3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif Court, Nilakottai, Dindigul District to expedite the trial in O.S.No.188 of 2014 and dispose the same as expeditiously as possible, if the judgment has not already pronouned either of the date mentioned in the E-Court service which has been filed in Page-24 which indicates that the case is listed for pronouncing judgment on 09.02.2023 and 22.02.2023.

4. The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
