This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.09.2017 in accordance with law. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.530 of 2017 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and he has produced a copy of the said First Information Report before this Court.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
