PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, Kanniyakumari District to dispose of expeditiously in A.S.No.36 of 2022 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kuzhithurai, Kanniyakumari District within stipulated time.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of A.S.No.36 of 2022.

2. By an order dated 18.03.2026, I had called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, Kanniyakumari District, as to how long it would take to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.36 of 2022. The learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, Kanniyakumari District, has reported vide report, dated 28.03.2026, that 3064 cases are pending on her file and has sought nine months time to dispose of the said appeal.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, Kanniyakumari District, is requested to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No. 36 of 2022, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
