This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent / Complainant 1/4

expedite to file a charge sheet in Crime No. 637 of 2021 on the file of the respondent / Complainant within a stipulated period.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalkudi on 23.03.2022 and it has not been taken on file so far.

3. Since final report was filed, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalkudi, to process the final report as per the rules within stipulated time as per rule.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
