ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(iii) imposed upon Petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.10275 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.980 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025. Condition No. 7(iii) reads as under:- "7(iii). The petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

2.Heard Mr.O.R.Gokul Abimanyu, learned counsel for Petitioner and M/s.M.Sudharani, learned counsel for Respondent.

3. Learned counsel for Revision Petitioner submits that Revision Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 25.08.2025 in Crl.MP(MD)No.10275 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.980 of 2025. Hence, he prays that condition no.7(iii) of the order dated 25.08.2025 imposed on the Revision Petitioner may be relaxed. He further prays that Revision Petitioner may be directed to appear before the Trial Court once in two months. 2/4

4. Learned counsel for Respondent concedes that Revision Petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.08.2025.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned Counsel on both sides, condition no.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.10275 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.980 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025 is modified as follows:- "7(iii). Petitioner shall report before the Concerned Court once in a month ie.,on the first working day of every alternate month ie., commencing from March 2026, until further orders"

6.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
