ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is involved in two previous cases in the year 2009 and 2010. Both the cases ended in acquittal. But the respondents are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that the second respondent filed a report before the Revenue Divisional Officer for taking action under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. No show cause notice was sent to the petitioner. No other proceedings is pending against the petitioner. This petition is premature. 4.It is seen that this petition is premature and that there is no proceedings pending against the petitioner.
