ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the respondent as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondent.

2. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed only for expedite the trial in I.A.No.556 of 2017 in O.S.No.343 of 2003 pursuant to the preliminary decree in the partition suit filed by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, there shall be direction to the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli to expedite the disposal of I.A.No.556 of 2017 in O.S.No.343 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
