This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet in H.S. No.324 of 2022 maintaining by the Respondent No.3 against the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in June 2023.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of June 2023.
