ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1254 of 2026, dated 23.01.2026.

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No. 1254 of 2026 on 23.01.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No. 1254 of 2026 on 23.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 25-02-2026 jbr To
