This petition is filed for a direction to direct the second respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2020. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a false complaint has been filed and the law enforcing agency is interfering with the civil dispute.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] would submit that investigation was conducted and CSR was assigned and closed on 05.03.2020. Hence, there is no apprehension of harassment. 4.Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
