Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.PALANI VELAYUTHAM.S., Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.S.
SARVAGAN PRABHU, Advocate for the Respondent in both the petitions, the Court made the following order:- The petitioner filed these petitions for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.227 and 228 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD)Nos.27 and 28 of 2020, dated 02.03.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a petition for relaxation of condition in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.917 of 2021. Since, the petitioner was absent for two days, the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court. After the dismissal of the earlier petition, the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.
3. The respondent has no serious objection.
4. In view of the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and these petitions are allowed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required for interrogation.
