Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere the civil dispute of petitioner and the third respondent in connection with the O.S. No.113 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif, Nanguneri.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in the civil dispute of petitioner and the third respondent in connection with the O.S. No.113 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif, Nanguneri

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.03.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
