This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.06.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the respondents have come to the conclusion that there is no scope for registering a case and therefore, the petition has been closed.

4. Recording the submission made, this petition is closed. The 3rd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
