This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the the 2nd respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.03.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and after enquiry, the petition was closed. He has also produced a copy of the report before this Court.
