ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute in between the petitioners and the third respondent under guise of enquiry without due process of law. 2.When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the third respondent has given a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Madurai District. The second respondent had conducted an enquiry based on the reference of the Superintendent of Police on his reference No.G5/54266/5544/SPGDP/MD/2018, dated 27.11.2018 and having found that the dispute relates to Civil in nature and closed the complaint.
