ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed accused Nos.1 & 2, arrested by the respondent police on 25.02.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 324 and 307 of I.P.C, in Crime No.39 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence and pray for bail in favour of the petitioners. He has further submitted that the petitioners have been in judicial custody for the past 65 days and the co-accused was already released on bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is almost over and co-accused has already been released on bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the long period of custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.III, Tiruchirappalli and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
