The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.08.2017 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard Mr.R.Rajamohan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

4.Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed and liberty is given tot he petitioner to seek appropriate relief in accordance with law.
