The petitioner seeks filing of the final report by the second respondent herein.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) points out that this is a case of cheating. FIR itself was registered only on 03.12.2019. The petitioner rushed to this Court in three months time. This, in my view, is not correct.
