O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the brother of the detenu seeking production of his brother namely Sakthivel, aged about 29 years before this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the alleged detenu Sakthivel present before this Court. He would state that he borrowed some loans from various persons and he unable to pay the said amount. Hence, without informing the family members, he had gone out without informing his relatives and after 10 days, he has come back and his brother informed that Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed and therefore, he appeared today.

3. In view of the same, we find that there is no illegal custody. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. [A.D.J.C., J.] [K.R.S., J.] 02.04.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No am To:
