ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to enquire the matter based upon the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2026 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint/representation dated 13.02.2026 against one Bevin and seven others. However, the respondent police did not conduct any enquiry in this regard.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner, as well as the aforesaid seven persons, were already been called for enquiry, and all of them appeared before the third respondent police. The petitioner himself, in writing, stated that no further action against the alleged offenders is necessary. Solely based on his statement, the said complaint was closed.

4. Recording the submission made, this criminal original petition stands disposed by giving liberty to the petitioner to lodge a complaint afresh. 23.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm TO:-
