Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioners want patta in respect of the petition mentioned lands to be issued in their favour. They have already given a representation dated 01.10.2018 in this regard. The third respondent is the competent to decide the matter. It appears that the fourth respondent is also having some claim. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Therefore, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after

putting notice to the fourth respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the matter. It is for the third respondent to pass orders one way or the other.

4.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
