This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.250 of 2018, dated 06.11.2018, on the file of the respondent Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.250 of 2018 has been completed, and further action has been dropped, as per the final report dated 02.11.2024. The same has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Madurai.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
