ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent. The second respondent has been served and their name is printed in the cause list. There is no appearance on their behalf.

2.The only request made by the petitioner is for return of the petition-mentioned certificates. It is well settled that they are not marketable commodities. No lien can be created thereon. The second respondent is directed to return the petition-mentioned certificates to the petitioner forthwith and without any delay.

3.This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
