Respondents P RAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the Statutory Appeal filed by the petitioner against the patta cancellation order of the 2nd respondent dated 30.09.2024 and made in proceedings in Na.Ka. No.3059/2023/A4, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief for disposal of statutory appeal pending with the first respondent.

2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The petitioner aggrieved by the cancellation of her patta by the 2nd respondent on 30.09.2024, has preferred an appeal to the 1st respondent on 29.10.2024, in and by this writ petition, the writ petitioner seeks for expeditious disposal of the said appeal. 4.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, with the consent of either parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

5.In view of the above, the 1st respondent shall consider the petitioner's appeal on its merits and in accordance with law after 2/4

affording fair opportunity to the petitioner and dispose of the appeal within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
