ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused arrested by the respondent police on 04.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.78 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. He has further submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody for the past 60 days. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is almost over and they are awaiting opinion from the Additional Director General of Police.

4.Considering the long duration of custody this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 13/05/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
