This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.10014 of 2023, dated 10.07.2023 has not been complied with.

2.Today(25.03.2024), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents/contemnors submits that that this Court, while disposing of the writ petition in WP(MD) No.10014 of 2023, dated 10.07.2023 has directed the respondents to conduct survey on the land in S.No.72/2 and 72/4 of Valayapatti Village, Melur. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader, the land in S.No.72/2 is classified as ''Government Tharisu'' and the land in S.No.72/4 belongs to one Ravindran, the petitioner herein and therefore they 2/4

have not conducted the survey for the land in S.No.72/2, which is classified as ''Government Tharisu''.
