For Respondent : Mr.B.Nambiselvan, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.207 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C. in Crime No.207 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was trouble between the parties, over which, on 29.05.2022 at about 11 p.m, the accused persons abused, assaulted the defacto complainant with aruval, iron rod and also criminally threatened him. Hence, the complaint.

3. This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner and the earlier petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11660 of 2022 was dismissed on 11.08.2022. On the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

ground that the petitioner is having 15 previous cases, out of which, seven cases are pending.

4. Inspite of repeated adjournment, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready to argue and there is no change of circumstances to consider the present petition.
