ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- In all these cases, the petitioner is the accused No.1 and he was arrested by the respondent police on 15.10.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 454 and 511 IPC in Crime Nos.410 of 2014, 464 of 2014, 528 of 2014, 634 of 2014, 489 of 2014, 338 of 2013, 378 of 2012, 577 of 2012, 348 of 2014 and 561 of 2013 respectively on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in these cases.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is having ten cases of similar nature and in this case, charge sheets have been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai and the trial has been commenced by the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai and if the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
accused is released on bail, he will tamper the witnesses and hamper the investigation.
4. Considering the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, this Court directs learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai to post the cases on day to day basis and complete the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
