Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the Respondent No. 5 and 6 on the basis of the complaint submitted by the petitioner dated 02.03.2021 and on the basis of the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari case reported in (2014)2 SCC in accordance with law within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken for final hearing.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the sixth respondent is uploading the defamatory messages against the petitioner. The petitioner filed a complaint before the fifth https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD)No.6177 of 2021 respondent police, but, no F.I.R was so far registered and prayed for a direction to register an F.I.R.

3.On the side of the respondents 1 to 5, it is stated that the petitioner is not entitled to approach this Court for a prayer in a Writ Petition.

4.The prayer sought for by the petitioner could not be granted in a Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. The writ petitioner is at liberty to take action through proper Forum. No costs.
