ORDER

This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 51 days in filing the appeal against the order / judgment dated 28.08.2024 passed in MCOP.NO.513 of 2020 passed on the file of the Hon'ble III Additional Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli so as to decide the appeal on merits.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any reference to this Court.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that since the second respondent is already set ex-parte in MCOP.No.513 of 2020 before the Tribunal, notice to second respondent may be dispensed with. The said memo is hereby recorded.
