ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash the impugned order of transfer dated 31.01.2019 in Na.Ka.No.750/A5/2019 of the first respondent and consequently permit the petitioner to continue as Elementary teacher in the Panchayat Union Elementary School, Thenkarai.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents

and perused the materials available on record.

3. During the course of arguments, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that if the petitioner joins in the transferred post, no further disciplinary action would be initiated against him. The same has been agreed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission, the petitioner is permitted to join duty in the transferred place within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
