Heard both sides.

2. It is not as if the petitioner is approaching this Court for the first time. The earlier endeavour made by the petitioner ended in vein.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Corporation submitted that the petitioner's shop has since been demolished. Nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. This writ petition is dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
