ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.16 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b), 354 and 506(ii) IPC r/w. Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused have demanded dowry of ten sovereign jewels and Rs.50,000/- cash and harassed the defacto complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to matrimonial dispute a false complaint was given implicating the family members in this case. It is further submitted that in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16224 of 2014 this Court had referred the matter to the mediation centre for amicable settlement, but the mediation has failed and the other accused were granted anticipatory bail.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.
