ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.58 of 2022 and during the course of enquiry, the wife gave a statement that she is ready to live with her husband. On that basis of the compromise reached between the parties, it was closed. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
