This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the Will Deed presented by the petitioner dated 19.02.2010 executed by late Sheik Mohammed in respect of Application No.S01LANDVV2025 12096130532 dated 09.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted representation to the respondents to register the Will dated 19.02.2010. Since the executor of the Will passed away on 29.05.2010, they presented the Will for registration and availed a token on 09.12.2025. However, since no action has been taken on the said applicatoin, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

4. Learned Government Advocate for the respondents, would submit that within a considerable period, the application would be 2/4

considered. He would further submit that the petitioner has only availed the token and has not presented the Will.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to present the Will dated 19.02.2010 and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent to register the same, if it is otherwise in order and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
