ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused 1 and 2, in Crime No.5 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 498(A) IPC and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.According to the defacto complainant, the first accused married her on 26.04.2015 and thereafter at the instigation of the second accused, the first accused is not living with her. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are disputing the alleged marriage of the defacto complainant on 26.04.2015. 4.The learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that the first accused has married the defacto complainant on 26.04.2015 and now he is disputing the marriage and also the first accused refused to live with the defacto complainant.

5. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)appearing for the State.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai, and on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required and the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. sd/- 16/07/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
