ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.137 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 307 IPC and seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the first accused is having seven previous cases and the second accused is having four previous cases of similar in nature.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition in respect of the accused Nos.1 and 2. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of the petitioners 1 and 2/A1 and A2.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the third petitioner/A3 with certain conditions. Accordingly, the third petitioner/A3 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
