DECREE: This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day Upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal the Judgment and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.F.X.Eugene, Advocate for the Appellants and of Mr.R.J.Karthick for the Respondents and this Court while dismissing this Appeal doth order and decree as follows;

(i)That the Judgment and decree of the Sub Court, Sankarankovil in AS.No.62/11 dated 06.02.2015 Confirming the Judgment and decree of the Principal District Munsif Court, Sankarankovil, made in OS.No.57/10 dated 27.01.2011 do and hereby confirmed and the Second Appeal is dismissed.

(ii) That there shall be no order as to Costs in this Second Appeal.
