ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 of IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.04.2022, considering the rival contentions, this Court has directed the petitioner as well as the defacto complainant to appear before the respondent Police on 11.04.2022 at 11.00 am.

3.Today (i.e, on 20.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has not appeared as directed by this Court. He would further submit that the investigation is pending.
