This petition has been filed praying to direct 4th respondent herein to suitably alter the first information report in Crime No.6 of 2018 into Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC instead of 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC, on the basis of representation given by the petitioner dated 30.01.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, in Crime No.6 of 2018, the charges framed under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C has been subsequently altered by the respondent police under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 I.P.C. He also placed a copy of the said alteration report before this court. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this court is of the view that no further order is required in this Criminal Original Petition.
