O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and further not to disturb the peaceful possession of the above agricultural land comprised in S.Nos.1897/3, 1905/2 & 1161/1 situated at Keelagudalur Village, by the petitioner without any lawful means.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, a case has been registered in Crime No.251 of 2017 on 14.11.2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and a copy of the FIR has also been produced before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
