ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.4 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 408, 468, 471, 477(A) r/w 109 IPC and seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused had produced bogus documents to obtain loan from the Agricultural Co-operative Society.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies had initiated enquiry under Section 81 of the Co-operative Societies Act and found that the employees of the society are responsible for the loss and there is no finding against the borrowers. It is further submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) submitted that the entire amount was recovered by the Society.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioners are borrowers, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. The employees of the Society shall not take advantage of the order passed in this petition. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Theni and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. 6.
