ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner seeks permission for conducting Jallikattu. There are two difficulties, which might arise. One is the onset of second wave of COVID-19 and the other is eve of election. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to consider. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner made reliance upon the earlier order passed, the situation at the relevant point of time was different. We also note that the subsequent writ petitions were also dismissed.
2.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his request, after sometime. However our order will not have any bearing on the proposed pooja scheduled to be held. No costs.
