ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Earlier three applications of this petitioner was dismissed and the third application in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4034 of 2015 was dismissed, after considering the elaborate arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side).

2. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has already completed the investigation and also laid charge sheet in this case and there is no useful purpose will be served by sending the petitioner to jail.
