It is an application seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.529 of 2013 within a time frame.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the summons have been issued for the appearance of the accused in C.C.No.529 of 2013 and that is why the case is pending. 4.This petition has been filed without knowing the actual position in which the case is pending before the trial Court. Since the petition has been filed without disclosing the full materials, this Court is not in a position to pass any order. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
