O R D E R

This petition is filed for a direction to modify the condition in so far as the direction to stay at Melur and to sign before the Inspector of Police,Melur vide order made in Crl.M.P.No. 1092 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Session Judge, Madurai dated 08.03.2022, and may be directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent's station.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai dated 08.03.2022 with a condition to stay at Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.1092 of 2022 and 947 of 2022 dated 08.03.2022 with a condition to report before the Inspector of Police, Melur Police Station, Madurai District daily twice at 10.00am., and 5.00 pm., for a period of thirty days and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am., until further orders. He would further submit that the petitioner has complied with condition for the past 13 days without fail and submitted that the first petitioner is aged about 61 years and due to his ailments, he was not in a position to stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Melur Police Station, Madurai District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai directing the petitioners to stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Melur Police Station, Madurai District daily twice at 10.00am., and 5.00 pm., for a period of thirty days and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of 17 days from tomorrow. All other conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai dated 08.03.2022 shall remain unaltered.
