ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to change the investigation in Crime No.187 of 2021 which is pending on the file of the sixth respondent to 5th respondent/CB-CID or any other competent officer.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant and her husband was murdered by unknown person and thereby, she made a complaint before the Law Enforcing Agency. However, the sixth respondent has not conducted investigation in a proper manner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the above said prayer. 2/5

3.This Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20914 of 2021 filed by the very same petitioner, issued a direction to transfer the investigation from the sixth respondent to eighth respondent. Now the eighth respondent has conducted investigation and filed a charge sheet before the trial Court in S.C.No.148 of 2022.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion, is inclined to grant liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy before the trial court in the manner known to law. 5.With the above liberty, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
