Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 353 I.P.C. r/w.3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST (POA) Act and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.168 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, move this petition seeking direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge(PCR Court), Ramanathapuram to be considered the bail application filed by the petitioner on the same day of his surrender.

3. Perused the records.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court after giving notice to the learned Public Prosecutor within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, the concerned Court is directed to pass order purely on merits and in accordance with law on the same day.

5. Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
