: Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.347 of 2014 dated 17.11.2014, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct second respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.347/2014, dated 17.11.2014 and file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report will be filed within a period of three months. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the second respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
