ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A2 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 449, 302 and 506(ii) and 149 IPC in Crime No.246 of 2014 on the file of the respondent and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case, investigation is pending and if the accused is released on bail, they will tamper the evidences and witnesses. On the side of the prosecution, entire case records produced and on the perusal of the case diary, investigation is still pending.

4. Considering the nature of the allegation and also considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
